The Quick Terms
BYOB. Guests provide their own alcohol; The Fan Grounds does not sell or supply it. You're responsible for your guests' conduct.
Deposit & balance. 50% deposit holds the date and is non-refundable. Balance is due the day before your night. Your date isn't confirmed until the deposit is received.
Changes & weather. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. We may reschedule for weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control, and will offer a makeup night or credit.
At your own risk. Guests attend at their own risk; The Fan Grounds is not liable for loss, damage, or injury. This document plus the night, headcount, and elevations selected above is the entire agreement.
